Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial and Philadelphia Print Collaborative will collaborate on "Several Steps Removed," an exhibition of an installation of print matrixes and fine prints. "Several Steps Removed" will present conceptions of void and infinity in the context of the print process. It is the negative space of the plate, block or screen that determines the image. Infinity is implied in the replication of identical prints in potentially unlimited numbers.

This exhibition is part of The Big Nothing, a Philadelphia-wide project exploring ideas of nothing and nothingness initiated by the Institute of Contemporary Art, University of Pennsylvania.
