LOTTERY PROCEDURE

For your convenience, Fleisher has devised a lottery registration procedure for our ever-popular Saturday Young People's program. The lottery schedule is as follows:

1. 1 DECEMBER 2007–15 JANUARY 2008: Download or pick up a lottery registration form at Fleisher, Monday–Friday, 10:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M., or send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:

Children's Program Lottery Form Request
Fleisher Art Memorial
719 Catharine Street

3. 18 January 2008: Postcards or e-mails with lottery results will be sent to all participants. [Waiting lists are established once a class fills, and applicants will be contacted when spaces become available. Waiting lists are not held over from one term to the next.]

4. Saturday, 26 JANUARY 2008 (snow date: 2 February 2008), 10:00 A.M.–12:00 P.M.: Parents/guardians of those chosen in the lottery must attend walk-in registration to verify enrollment by paying lab fees. Bring verification postcard or copy of e-mail notification. Those who do not finalize registration on this date will be removed from the roster and replaced with individuals from the waiting list.

Additional information concerning Saturday Young People's Program class policies will be provided at walk-in registration.

No instructional fees are charged, but students are asked to take a membership of $15 for the term. Students are required to pay materials fees: $25 for those taking painting and drawing classes and $35 for those taking sculpture or printmaking.
