Throughout the month of April, Fleisher is hosting a series of lantern-making workshops in support of George Ferrandi's Wherever There Is Water residency project. Participants will meet in the gallery at Fleisher Center for Works on Paper, which has also been serving as George's studio. A different style of lantern will be covered each week (but you can't take your lantern home until after the parade!). Tuition: FREESpace is limited!

Fleisher is excited to announce a new opportunity to explore the best in regional arts and culture. Our new day-trip series will visit renowned cultural sites and galleries, and offer exclusive tours and conversations with artists and curators. These tours are arranged especially for Fleisher and include round-trip transportation.Our second stop will be on Saturday, April 10th, when we will make our way to Manhattan, spending our morning at the Marlborough Gallery in Chelsea with former Challenge artist Stephen Talasnik. After lunch, we will go to the Whitney Biennial for a guided tour.
Tickets for this trip are $125 for members and $145 for non-members, and includes transportation, admission, lunch, and snacks.
