Lottery Information & Form
Because of their popularity, admission to Fleisher’s tuition-free Saturday classes for children and youth ages 5 —18 is by lottery only.
Fleisher’s classes are designed to be age-appropriate. Children must be at least 5 years old before the beginning of the term for which they are registered. Parents or guardians of five-year-olds must present proof of their child's age at registration.
The Forms
The Process
- Completed forms are submitted by the deadline. These may be emailed, sent by U.S. Mail, or hand-delivered during office hours.
- The lottery is conducted at Fleisher and lottery results are sent to all participants by email or communicated by phone (only if no email address is provided) in two to three weeks following the lottery deadline.
- Waiting lists are established after a class is full, and students on the waiting list will be contacted if a space becomes available. Waiting lists are not held over from one term to the next.
- Mandatory parent/guardian orientation is held for those whose child is chosen through the lottery. During orientation, parents/guardians must attend in order to finalize their child’s registration. Payment for lab fees will be accepted at orientation only.
For questions about the lottery, contact the registrar, Philip Asbury, at 215-922-3456 ext. 328 or pasbury@fleisher.org.
