Financial Aid

Although we try to keep the cost of our programs as low as possible, we realize that some individuals may have financial difficulties that prevent them from participating. In the spirit of Samuel Fleisher's tradition of accessibility to the visual arts, we have limited funds set aside each semester for those who require assistance to attend classes at Fleisher.

To apply for financial aid call 215.922.3456, ext. 312, or download a financial aid form before you register. Please note deadlines for the semester, and provide all of the information requested. Space in classes and workshops will be held for you pending the result of your application.

How to Register

Adult Tuition-free Open-enrollment Classes and Tuition-bearing Workshops
BEGINNING 1 DECEMBER 2008:
To register for adult tuition-free open-enrollment classes, low-cost workshops, or special workshops & programs one may register through the website (following the secure links in the course description), download the registration form and return it by mail, or register in person at 719 Catharine Street.

Adult Tuition-free Limited-enrollment Classes
Registration for adult limited-enrollment classes is through a lottery procedure. Lottery forms are available 1 December 2008 through 9 January 2009. Download the form, pick up a form at Fleisher (719 Catharine Street), or send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:

Lottery forms must be returned to Fleisher by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 9 January 2009, in order to be considered. Additional information will be included on the lottery form.

Saturday Classes for Young People
Registration for Saturday classes for children is through a lottery procedure. Stop by and pick up a form at Fleisher (719 Catharine Street), or send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:

Waiting lists are established once a class fills, and applicants will be contacted when spaces become available.
