How should I pay my rental fee? Payment can be made by check, payable to the “Fleisher Art Memorial,” or by credit card/cash according to the terms stated in the rental contract. A deposit is required upon signing of the event contract. Balance of payment is due on the date of the event.
Which caterer should I use? Fleisher can provide clients with a preferred caterer list. Clients are not limited to this list, however, every caterer is required to provide Fleisher with a certificate of insurance 15 working days prior to event or risk event cancellation. Fleisher reserves the right of final approval of caterers.
Are there any restrictions on rentals? Decorations may not be placed on walls or ceilings of the Facilities. Candles, confetti, fog machines and balloons are not permitted at any time for any event. There is no dancing permitted in the Sanctuary unless Clients request the use of a dance floor, riser or platform through an outside vendor. The Client is responsible for the acquisition, delivery, safe operation, removal, and all costs associated with rental equipment. This outside equipment is subject to approval by the Special Events Coordinator.
What is Fleisher’s alcohol policy? Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Sanctuary only. Food and beverages are not permitted in any Fleisher galleries or studios.
What if I need to cancel my event? The Client may cancel the Special Event no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the Special Event. In such a case, the Client may reschedule the Special Event to another date mutually convenient to the parties. Fleisher will apply that portion of the special event fee that has been previously paid by the Client to the fee applicable to the rescheduled Special Event. In all other cases, the special event fee will be forfeited by the Client.
